would you be interested in a future Diablo game if it had full 3D point of view gameplay rather than current view?



Imagine Diablo 4 with a full 3D point of view gameplay. Would you still be interested in such a game?

    Yes, I would be interested in that.

    But with Diablo 3, Blizzard is proving a very basic point.

    They, don't, have, to, try and they'll still win.

    The current game is 3D.  I'm not entirely sure what a "3D point of view" is though.

    Don't care, I would buy it if they removed the real money auction house though.

    Hack and slash games really are better off using an fixed isometric POV, I think it would suffer from a loose camera.

    However, D3 is already suffering from 3D graphics IMO.  It has lost its dark edge it had before because Blizz has opted for their stylized cartoon look.

    I just get the feeling, after reading a few comments, that the Diablo fan base would go into rage like Metroid fans did, if Blizzard were to ever take this series into the 3D realm of gameplay...
