in TERA
One of the coolest features so far for me atleast is the option to organize your own Tournaments. you can organize Tournaments for 1 vs 1 till 10 vs 10, but you can also do for example 7 vs 10. This feature is intresting because people can stake money for example you are organizing a tournament for 5 vs 5 and people have to pay 10 gold to enter. Winning group gets all.

Ya DM is really nice, its also great way for guild to pratice pvp with in the guild. And just pvp on the go pretty much =P
Other than that I cannot see a group of people just being like HEY I WANT TO CHALLENGE YOU GUYS TO A DEATHMATCH, usually people just go and kill eachother.
