To be honest Ill probably play the Diablo beta over Tera. Already played the Tera one a few weeks ago. Im looking to see if this will be any better. The forums all say D3 has been dumbed down for the masses much like WoW. If so, I probably wont be buying it.
Sidenote: Has anyone noticed the masses are incredibly dumb now? Whats this world coming to?

I will not play a game with a cash shop ever again. A dev job should be to make the game better not make me pay so it sucks less.
Diablo 3 doesn't have any pvp, so it definitely won't compete with GW2 for playerbase since GW2 is a primarily pvp game. I don't really see why anyone would be all that excited about Diablo 3, it sounds like a lot of clicking and killing monsters for no reason other than to kill more monsters. The only way i could stomach a grinding game is if it lets me get powerful for pvp purposes.
Hey it's not for no reason, all that loot you get you can sale for real cash man. This is a business opportunity, not a game :P
I'm going to play D3 and I didn't really consider really buying it.
Yet I did play 3 closed betas for Tera and was thankful at the chance to try/test it; at first I was really excited about it and pre-ordered, then I made it to level 30 and just burned out, same old smitch.
I am going to hold over for GW2 in the long run at this point.
Diablo 3 doesn't have any pvp, so it definitely won't compete with GW2 for playerbase since GW2 is a primarily pvp game. as a hardcore pvper though i will instabuy d3 and not 100% sure if i buy GW2 insantly. i need to see hwats the meaning and benefits of pvp in GW2. if its meaningless like WAR, then i will not buy it on relase date

I've been testing D3 on and off for a few months and it is getting better. Still not sure if I will pre-order it or not but it looks like I may buy it in the future.

"Suck" / "Blow" it's all semantics. SWTOR and RIFT are both FAIL, and if you like them? That's cool. No MMO is perfect; fine.
But as for this weekend is concerened, there is really only one clear choice...
