Possible Phony PS2 Login page?

ok... so i booted up my computer today and opend up Google Chrome. I have Planetside 2's website as my homepage (yea im a oooold PS1 fan and have been waiting for PS2 for a while.)

Well, today (pretty much all day) the Entire website for PS2 has been 'under maintenance'.. Ok.. few hours go by (most of the day) i check again, still down. Hmm maybe the beta is finaly going to start? So i head over to SOE's main website and try to get into their forums to see whats up or if anything has been posted.  Their forums are down.

Well there goes that idea.  Next?  Onward to google!!  And i find this

Now... im a 'internet vet'.. i NEVER trust websites that look fishy.. and the above web-link just LOOKS fishy.  But if you click on it, it brings you up to what looks like an official PS2 login page (for a ps2 account).  Have you guys at MMORPG heard anythng about this? or know of its 'real' or 'fake'?

I dun plan on trying to log into anything untill the official PS2 website is back up (however many days that takes =( ), but im currious if this is a fake-site someones gone threw alot of effort to make or not. And if it is fake, do we need to report it so no one ends up with their station login's stolen?
