dust 514?

..at least I think its 514, anyways...why doesn't this site have a section for it?...Isn't it a MMO?

    It was my impression that they were going to put dust forums in the EvE ones. Because they are so closely related and affect each other gameplay wise.

    Oohhh, lawl. Whoever put it in the "forums" list didn't put it alphabetically.. So it reads

     

    DOTA

    DOTA 2

    DUST 514

    Dance Groove Online

    etc...

     

    I was looking for it in the "d-u" section..

    Dust514 is not a MMO.



    It's a online FPS. Like Mag. Both MAG and Resistance 2 have larger multiplayer scale. The marketing behind Dust514 has been very misleading. Seem to be a trend nowadays to place the title "MMO" on a non MMO just to boost sells by exploiting uninformed consumers.



    Like stated before. IF YOU DON'T CONSIDER MAG AND RESISTANCE2 TO BE MMOFPS, THAN THIS GAME ALSO ISN'T A MMOFPS!

    I didnt say it shouldnt be here. Just saying, Its NOT a MMO. Diablo 3 and Guild Wars are both on this forum, but arent MMOs. I am just spreading the truth. Because a lot of misleading info has been going around that Dust 514 is a MMO, which it isnt. 

     

    Some people read that its a MMO, and believeing it, gets overhyped, only to be disapointed once they realise its not a MMO at all. better to inform people beforehand.

    Well you can say what you want, but the devs call it a "mmofps"....so..yeah.
