For some reason locked to European region, but dont want to pay 60 EUR - solutions ?

Bummer. For some reason I am locked in eu region, although i live in Israel. Usually digital retailers put us to dollar paying regions. But not Blizzard it seems.
Now EU version is 20$ more expensive 
One soulution would be to create new Blizzard account and make it US one.
But would I have any problem playing this 60$ version ?
Anyone has any other ideas (except ordering from Amazon , since they do not accept PayPal)

That is the reason why they have regions in the first place. Price discrimination i.e. charging different people more money for the same damn thing. I hate that practice.
This is a sequence of characters intended to produce some profound mental effect, but it has failed.
I think I will just create USA account.
As I see they let you play wherever. And the only limitation is that you can only use RMAH in your region (or is it the region where you created characters?)
And since I have no intention of using RMAH, it doesnt mater.
60 euro is a lot, that currency is horrid, it's setting me back £35(42 euro) with launch day delivery. The only solution would be to get a UK friend to purchase and ship it to you.
Here Diablo 3 costs 45€ not 60€... Dunno where you looked for it.
I may have an idea on how to solve your problem, but i don't know if forum rules allow me to post links to shop and such.
There is no forum rule agains posting links to the shop , please do.
But they should be accepting PayPal
In the game options you can freely pick which region you like. So it doesn't matter where you buy the copy, it seems.
