NEED HELP!

in Guild Wars 2

i got the beta invtie but when i went to go to the website to pre download the beta, i had forgotten my password. so i did the whole "Reset My Password' deal and when it took me to where i reset my password and i enter it in, it tells me they were unable to change my password... has anyone else had this issue? i tried contacting them through the email they attach but thats a bust. so anyone know what i should do? i looked on the website to find a number for customer support but found nothing.

    It may or may not help but when I registered it asked me for my Guildwars 1 account info. This then caused my Guildwars 2 account to be linked to my Guildwars 1 account. 

     

    if youve done the same thing, what you can try to do is log into your NCSOFT master account on NCSOFT.com and then click on Guildwars 1. You can then change your Guildwars 1 account password which will then inturn change your Guildwars 2 account password. I did this the other night and it worked like a charm. changed an outdated password to a new one etc.

    Few things. 

    Check your email and see if it actually changed it. It was giving me the unable change error last night, but I got a confirmation email.

    Second thing is, during the registration process did you link your Guild Wars 1 with you new Guild Wars 2 account. If so, you need to use the email that is associated with Guild Wars 1 (NCsoft) to log in unless its the @plaync or @Ncsoft. If so, then you will want to use the latter.

    Good luck. The last bit of info is where I made the mistake last night. The emails dont specify clearly to log in with the NCsoft account if your linked the two games.
