Account creation hosed

I have a buddy code to start an account but the creation process does not work.

 

Screwit game probably isn't worth my time anyway.

Created the account fine just not getting the varification email and its not in the spam folder. When I log into the accound it tells me it has to be activated but i never get the activation email. Have clicked the resend button 6 times now.

 

So is anyone around here usefull, that might have any idea what the issue is?

 

Thanks Nblitz  tried one of your sugestions:

You didn't receive or click on the link in the account activation email, but it still has not worked. Support options do not work either since the account will not activate untill I varify it which i can't do withouth the email.

Its all actually kinda funny, kinda sad, kinda pathetic.

I'll jsut play the Guildwars 2 beta this weekend.

    Lol, that all depends..to some people including me this game is revolutionary and is at least my WoW replacement after 4 years. but yea dunno how anyone can screw that up unless ur in EU with frogster lol. but en masse is easy and helpful.

    there seems to be a bridge and underneath the troll has gone missing,wonder where he could be?..omg ffs you cant make an account.have to say its one of the more simplest things to do with this company.ok maybe calling you a troll is a bit heavy but c'mon m8 its simple

    Sorry you couldn't get past the account creation! It's not like En Masse doesn't bend backwards to provide great support to anyone who needs it...oh...wait.

    i wonder if it keeps goin back to login screen..he needs upper case and lower case..it did that with me..maybe thats what the problem is.there has to be at least one upper case in PW.well for EU anyways

    Because the moment i read the post i went and made an account in about 30s. So if he doesn't have the attention span to make an account, i doubt he has the attention span to play any mmorpgs.

    I'm on these forums ALOT and on the En Masse forums, and he's the only guy I've seen that can't register an account. On the basis that every minute dozens or maybe hundreds of people are registering new accounts, this makes me think he could be trolling?

    Their e-mail servers were down for a 3-hour maintenance as was posted on the homepage.  They are back up now.  Although honestly, I'd be thrilled if all the 16 year old kids with ADHD couldn't ever create an account.

    Well I did finally get the activation email and I am all set. I'll download the game tonight after work. After I create my character in the Guildwars2 beta.

    Honestly I am a super swell guy....I'll only hurt the first time I chop your face off. :) **not aimed at anyone specificly**
