They are doing one of the better ideas I've seen to deal with queues at launch..
You build rest bonus xps time if have to sit in a queue for more than 10 mins.
This to me is far better than opening up a floodgate of new servers that die after one-two months (looking at you SWTOR).
While waiting in a queue is no fun , at least getting someone like xps bonus time , and then not having too many dead servers after the launch rush , is far better than caving in to the screamers who want more servers more servers at launch.

Problem is it only stacks to 1 hour, I am at 57 mins fo xp bonus and 63 to go. Although it took 28 minutes of real time for 10 minutes of estimated queue time right now =(.

I started on 800 in line on my server with an estimated wait of 36 minutes. Apparently the two other PVP servers (not Ballisk Crag) are even worse, up to 2 hours+. And if you get disconnected, you're right to the back of the line.
Really weird that they only have 3 pvp servers when one of the main draws of the game is open world pvp with action-oriented combat, and they have 7 pve servers all sitting without queues.
I can't complain cause i got a buddy key off this website from someone (thanks again!), but if I had pre-ordered this would be distressing.
The forums just went down so I think they're devising some other way to deal with this. Adding one new pvp server you could instantly transfer onto would solve the problem but it might be difficult technically to pull off.
They are going to be offering free transfers on May 30th, but if every pvp server has a queue it won't help much.
edit, I just checked on my wait time and I somehow went back to the back of the line again. Apparently d/ced before even getting in!!!!
Yes ideally adding one more pvp server would be the best but I think they should wait until after May 1st so they can see who is subbers and who is freebee's.

Pretty much. All this transfer will do (since PVP cannot go to PVE and vice versa) is create globalized queues. Each server will have the same queue time. I really wish they would've listened and let us pre-order people get infront of buddy keys (no offense dude).
