Odd graphical glitch

in Dark Age of Camelot

I recently fired up my DAoC account again, and with the new Catacombs engine I'm getting the wierdest graphics glitch. Basically DD spells have no graphics when they strike my foes. Deduffs and bolts have normal graphics. Has anyone else had this problem?

I don't want to write this, and you don't want to read it. But now it's too late for both of us.

    What level spell?  Your lower level spells are likely to have no/minimal graphics.  Further check to make sure you have spell effects turn on to all.

    I have the spells set to "all" and the spells I tested with are level 25 and up on two different toons. It's odd, it's just my DD spells that lack graphics.

    I don't want to write this, and you don't want to read it. But now it's too late for both of us.

    You may have to upgrade your video drivers.

    Yeah that was happening to me but I was getting a new computer in a few weeks so I didn't' care. Went away when I got new computer.image

    It does sound like a vidio card issue...  There have been alot of new driver updates rescently that the newer games have started working with.
