One HUGE issue with GW2

No release date.

FFS ArenaNet, you give me what was probably the funnest weekend in an MMO in years. Fell in love with my Elementalist and Guardian, and have no clue when we will be playing for real.

Looking forward to the next beta weekend. Please don't make me wait 2-3 months.

    Please make us wait 5 months, because by the looks of it t here are plenty issues still, and being bigger than wow and sky is the limit  will come crashing down with all of those.. do i need to find those qoutes for you..

    Agreed.  I'm going to be in withdrawal all next week, pining for release date news lol.  Oh, the horror!

    I alloted myself two hours a day for the beta. I didn't want to ruin the release day by completely running all over and doing everything! You know what? Two hours turned into about 8 a day. I couldn't stop playing. I did however stay in and close to Divinity's reach and played nothing but a Warrior. You are right though, I want to play and I would love a release date! :)

    Death is nothing to us, since when we are, Death has not come, and when death has come, we are not.

    I hope they make the announcement no later than May. Otherwise, it's going to be a ridiculous rollercoaster and I need to take a break from Skyrim.

    It's going to be hard not playing, when faults and all, it makes other games pale in comparison. Oh well, at least we got a weekend, and I imagine they will just keep making it better and better.

    "Loading screens" are not "instances".
    Your personal efforts to troll any game will not, in fact, impact the success or failure of said game.

    No  wonder they do 1 weekend event by month. now with this weekend closing up. monday  and follow week will be hard work for them starting reading up all suggestion bugs glitch, etc.

    I don't think the release date announcment will be too soon, but I do believe that all of the players logging in (or trying) this weekend will give them LOADS of new info to help get the game out much sooner.  I don't like the idea of one BWE a month, but it's better than nothing.
