Hoping some vets lurk these forums. The Vanguard website is acting up and I have been trying to research the answer to a question for a couple hours and ave come up with conflicting answers.
In the Infineum quest armor for medium armor there is chain and scale. Chain has the DPS stats and scale has the healer stats.
My question is, can a Disciple wear both sets or is he restricted to just the scale?
I tend to solo alot and the DPS stats at this point seem to be a wiser option (I understand that will most likely change later).
I am remaining stagnant around the lvl 28 range for a good coin faction grind and any armor upgrade in this area is helpful. However I just dont want to go through the work of the CIS armor grind and end up losing all my strength, a decent portion of dex and con in the prcess. These are very helpful in soloing the 5 dots on my faction grind right now. I can heal myself safely with very low healing stats.

if it sais disciple in the classes that can use it, you can use it.

Disciple can use both. They can also use the robe one, if they want to.
I understand about the class listings on the items. However, these pieces require time and money to obtain before you get to see the actual piece in game so I wanted to clarify this first. As I said, there is conflicting information from VG resources. Example:
This guide from TTH
They are ordinarilly a pretty respectable resource for guides and such regarding VG. However it does not state Disciple as a class for the armor. I just wanted to be certain before commiting to the endeavor.
It is 100% accurate that Disciples can wear the scale armor
I didn't know they could wear scale but I only made it to level 24 on that class I think?

At 28 you can go to ( long ride until 30 ) wardship of the sleeping moon. There are quests you can start in that area for an earring and you can start on wardship armor.
There are a few pieces you can likely get by the time you are 30. The rest by 34 ish unless you have higher level help.
it is a great area I would just head there and start it up, you will be 30 pretty quickly and have armor pieces incoming.
Here is a guide. . .

Infineum Armor is just like normal armor - i.e.
- Warrior, Paladin, Dread Knight can wear any heavy and medium armor
- Cleric can wear heavy, medium and light armor
- Rogue, Ranger, Bard, Monk, Shaman and Disciple can wear any medium and light armor
- Blood Mage, Sorcerer, Druid, Psionicist and Necromancer can wear light armor
This is true for all normal drops and for all Infineum armor.
It is not like Wardship, where every class gets their own armor set.
This, plus has the op got hunters league armour yet,it's good till level 30,atleast the chest and legs.
Yep, I have my full set of Hunters League. I now have the majority of the Infineum, and many of the pieces were a pretty big upgrade.
Looking at the Wardship next. I have currently been level locking at 28 for the plat rotation. Have about 250 atm and have a little time off of work so I am going to knock out the pegasus and save enough for the lvl 50 racial armor before I move on.
Shadowhound, Unicorn, and a good portion of the CW armor open up. I think even the CIS weapon is locked at 30 (clarifying this today).
Level 30 is an exciting time, itching to get there but I really want to save up these coins first. II will be happy to have that peg as early as I can get her for sure.
Very nice link by the way, thank you for this. Had a couple I bookmarked for the CW armor but this is definitely a keeper.
