Next Beta Weekend Event?

At this point all I want to know is when the next Open Beta Weekend Event is? 

I had a good time this weekend. The game was not perfect, and that is to be expected, but it was fun for me, and that is all that matters. So anyone have any idea when the next BWE will occur? Anyone familiar with Arenanet's BWE pattern?

    I heard one weekend a month until release.

    But I hope its more than that!

    that's the million dollar question.

    dont think anything official has been said yet, so anything you hear is speculation. that said, me thinks last weekend in may, with future bwes, if any, at the end of each month till OB and/or release.

    Not soon enough!  I haven't had that much fun playing an online game in quite some time.

    thank you for posting this question, since I was unable to play in the first beta.  Not sure either but twice a month would be awesome ;)

    Uh, forget the beta events, I just want the game to release! lol.  The worst thing about a beta event in which I have a lot of fun (As I did this weekend) is that it makes the wait for the actual release painful..

    May 25th, take notice to patterns.

    Also I wouldn't hold your breath for any earlier release, mainly because of how much work must be done by the time the next event rolls around. We can all agree that the overflow system needs much much work.

    What problems did you have with the overflow system?  Only problem I saw what so ever was the inability to switch to your party mates server.

    I am expecting another beta event by the end of May at least, and a possible official release date annoucement :)

    I imagine that really depends on how much data this weekend generated. And as much as I loved the game and accepted the fact that all of it, including login, was beta, they really CAN'T have the same login failures that plagued Friday and early Saturday; I think that would set a very bad precedent.

    That's the main problem for most folks. I can understand their frustration with it but look at the other option, logging in and click play only to see that you're number 2874 in queue and that you have to wait an hour to play.

    They did say that they will fix it so that people in a party will end up together though so there you go.

    Oh and as to the question, not soon enough.
