The xp nerf

Wondering if the xp nerf went live yet. Wondering if the community got them to change the nerf because I've been thinking about rejoining but not under those conditions.

    There is no xp nerf...
    XP for enemies level 22+ got boosted, in fact.
    Plus, the amount of debt you get in missions has been halved.

    Don't forget no debt until level 10 coming up in I5 (because the Hollows suck::::01::).

    So I could kill 100 enemies in 10 seconds before....and now I can kill 16 enemies in 10 seconds, but get twice as much exp per enemy?

    A nd that's not a nerf?

    So you got nerfed because your burn tanker could take out mobs in hordes effortlessly with no risk, thus encouraging more exploitation.
    Go respec when I5 comes out and, I don't know, actually get some secondary powers instead of hitting the same burn power over and over again to get through every fight.
    P.S. Sorry you can't powerlevel anymore. Thank goodness.
