A Well Structured Organized WvW Centric Guild

I have not completely decided on the name but during the beta weekend event we were The Brotherhood Without Banners 

Me and a couple of my friends and some guys I had recruited from in game have been rolling around together in WvW.  We had about 15 guys active in our teamspeak and 76 people on our in game roster for the first beta weekend event.  (My goal is having all 75 of those guys in teamspeak for top tier organization)  We are mainly going to be focused on being a large WvW guild with organized operations so how I plan on running the guild is people can do as they please, but when they WvW they are expected to hop into teamspeak to listen to what operations are going down.  (Having a mic is encouraged and necessary to be a leader but not required if you just want to listen in to commands)  You wont be required to log a certain amount of WvW hours but that's what the guild is focused on so I imagine that's what people will be spending their time doing.  We plan on always having a leader in command of whatever WvW operations we have running at the moment.  The WvW aspect of the guild is going to be broken down into divisions with a chain of command so there are opportunities to gain a leadership role of a smaller number of people  and move up in the leadership ladder.

We are a WvW Guild focused on being well structured in order to maintain organization and excel in large scale combat.

We do not require that our members be in WvW at certain times so even if you like PvE content more if you want a organized WvW group for when you do wish to PvP you may join us.

We only require that you have and are willing to use teamspeak while participating in WvW Operations

Having a mic is better but if you only have teamspeak just to listen to what’s happening that is ok.

We are looking for people to head up certain sections of operations when it comes to WvW.

Our Guild Divisions as of now Include

Main Siege Force

Skirmish Force

Logistics Team

These will be further broken down into squads with leaders like NCO's

There will be opportunities to move up in the guild ranks and even lead up one of the divisions so if you come often and show you are involved in WvW and know what you are doing we will take notice.

The teamspeak server is ts.umsn.co:1315 and I will be hanging out there while I am playing games in between beta weekends talking to people I am looking to recruit.  (I may not always be at my computer but if you sit in there while your on your computer I'm sure we will run into each other because I'm on my computer quite a lot)  Anyways if you wanna drop by and ask more about the guild I'll be hanging out on the TS server.  Also me and my friends game everyday so maybe we will have another game in common.  If nothing else you can drop in the teamspeak server during the next beta event when everyone is there and meet up with us then.
