can someone suggest a game for us?
Me an my couple of friends are looking for a game and we are having hard time finding things that fit in our criterias.
what we are looking for is
1.Not over crappy graphics, can be average but not like wow style or like any other asian
2.fantasy themed
3.Mature community, or at least not players like in league of legends 
4.supports playing with your friends like dungeons or pvp groups for arenas and stuff
5.should have rewarding pvp like in aion or especially warhammer
6. should have fun pvp ways like battlegrounds or open pvp areas to conquer stuff
7.should have important guild content like age of conan or aion for capturing places
8. PVP PVP and please PVP!
9.impressive skills (not a priority though)
what we truly need is something fun to play in our spare time and it should have good graphics with pvp oriented gameplay with friends
we tried stuff like lol, diablo, warhammer, aion lots of similar stuff

Id also recommend Guild Wars 2 if you have already tried the alternatives, and it has most of what your looking for.
Also id try out Rift, it allows free play til lvl 20 I believe.
Dark Age of Camelot has everything you are looking for. GW2 does also but as stated not released yet.
Why wait for GW2 when you can play Aion F2P today.
If you are waiting for Tera, why dont you try it?
Tera is Live now and it is a great game.

All 3 of the big upcoming MMOs (Tera, TSW, and GW2) sound like good bets for you. I'd recommend picking one of those you like out of those options. GW2 hits all your points, some in particular extremely well (#4 - 9 especially). TSW isn't traditional fantasy, but it's fantasy in a sense that although it takes place in the modern world with real world locations it's based on conspiracy theories and horror mythos like Lovecraft and Stephen King. Tera hits most of your points also.
Tera is out if you need something to play now. TSW beta weekend starts next weekend and should be weekly. GW2 had it's beta weekend last weekend and should have another by the end of the month.
play LoL, til 15 may, buy diablo 3, til summer, buy guild wars 2.

OP wanted some instanced group PvE like dungeons as well, so no.
To be frank is OPs list really hard to meet. LOTRO really don´t have any PvP to talk about so it goes out. He already played a bunch of possible games like AoC... AION and Tera are asian themed.
I have to agree that waiting for GW2 is probably the best choice. Or Copernicus if you have patience.
I think DAoC has all of the features the OP is looking for. You do have instanced group dungeons in PvE (the task dungeons or dungeons within dungeons). It has meaningful RvR. I think it still looks pretty good despite its age.
How about EVE? It has everything the OP is asking for except for instanced PvE but doing PvE missions can involve being PvPed when you least except it if you do the harder missions in low sec areas. EVE is really about grouping up though so it does fit his criteria of fun things to do with groups. Ok, so it is not fantasy themed.... OP didn't mention whether he would dislike the spaceship theme necessarily. In the same vein, how about Perpetuum?
How about EQ2 on the PvP server?
Then there is GW1 that is out now. It does have some Asian themes in it, but overall the game is pretty varied. I am being a bit facetious here, but most PvE areas are instanced and can be grouped in. Ok, so they are not dungeons, but, oh well

Yeah, I second that (sadly). From time to time though, you can happen to come across a decent guild with really nice people
I find that TERA has a especially bad community. It feels like its a weird combination a MOBA elitists, reddit morons, and /b/tards. Definitely worst community I have played with, far worse then wow.
I think mmos should have optional age 21+ only servers with ID needed to gain access, possibly also with stupidity filters/reporting to remove the less welcome group above that age. I'd pay an extra $5 a month for that.
To find an intelligent person in a PUG is not that rare, but to find a PUG made up of "all" intelligent people is one of the rarest phenomenons in the known universe.
