Wargaming.net has announced that the World of Tanks v7.3 patch has been successfully deployed. The patch largely centers around the substitutions and additions to the Soviet tank heavy tanks line into the game.
Leading the way through the redesigned tech tree, the update moves the IS-4 tank into tier 10 of its own heavyweight line with KV-4 and ST-I. The KV-3 has moved from tier 6 to tier 7, and freed the slot for another newcomer, T-150.
New gameplay elements introduced in the 7.3 include the addition of a new battle arena, the South Coast, and the first map set in Asia, the Dragon's Ridge.

Yay! onehundred thousand new Tier 10 in one day! I know, you make the most money on XP redeployment, it is understandable you want more of it. But making each round be 50% tier 10. not to mention the old IS 4 is suddenly a much better tank than the IS 8....You could at least TRY to camoflage your greed.
"This is not a game to be tossed aside lightly.
It should be thrown with great force"
My old IS-4 stats are listed with the IS-8, which I promptly sold :P So looks like I was great with the IS-8, hahahah. Same goes for KV-3.
Anyways not played IS-4 yet, I was sad it lost the 130mm.
The changes all look fine to me, but yeah the IS-8 is definitely not as good as the IS-4 was at T9 but the IS-4 was god awful tough T9.
Let us not forget the gift shop tank package fiasco...
Best part is the French premiums.
New maps suck.
