Lets just say I have seen stuff tonight.. And o my god this looks so promising. really crisp and classy intro with content and meaning. Audio is fantastic, the NPCs is fantastic (including animations), Toon animations are totally cool. I might get to like this game I think. I have turned from interested to very Optimistic!

hmm dx11 client runs now in closed beta no error but dx11 features aren't on so guess it doesn't really matter

Probably focus testing certain areas. Helps find more bugs.
Mainly for purposes of stress-testing on the faction HQ zone & NPCs. The other factions will get the same treatment in later weekends:

The thing is that stress-testing a hub is a good idea, its going to get -massive- traffic on launch and will be the main social area for your faction, you want to find out what the system can handle.
The size of the area is not rellevant in the stress-test, the expected player-population is.
I have already bought the game, im looking past TERA and GW2 this time. This gamble is the last chance Funcom has to make up for their last blunder. If they screw this one up they might aswell pack it up and close shop.
I played the beta and side with most people that this game needs to be redeveloped over the next year, otherwise there will be no games that support company. Not saying anything about you just pointing something out I find suspect. I'm suprised that a player who loves age of conan more than any other now loves TSW too. You don't seem to have played anything but Funcom MMOs. Heck you even loved the facebook spyware idea. It is like Funcom is reading your mind when they develop games. Just saying, I can't wait for TSW has the best "insert X" here of any MMO post.
Oh well have fun, make sure you tell Funcom not to make to many servers, USA servers should be half that of EU we seem to have higher quality standards and we are more localized so playing other games online works better. Is why australia is one of the biggest markets of MMOs, expensive and are so few people is hard to find matches for anything but call of duty so they play wow and other games.

Does it coun't that I will play GW2? I will at least buy it if launch goes well. I have played plenty other MMO's too, it's just that I have been hanging with AoC now for a loooong while. WoW is out of the question. I have LotRO lifer, but it's too boring.. etc..
But TSW looks very different. It's not my genre, but I happend to see a few things yesterday (perhaps a few more than what I should have mentioned here). And I liked what I saw. It made me very optimistic. Time will show if that whole skill wheel thing turns out to be as great as some are saying. But What was the problem again ?
