Simply don't play

Accounts broken , Charging people and not giving them what they paid for. It's been 2 weeks ,5 contacts to customer support in a 5 hour cue each time and I have been charged twice for time they didn't put on my account .Over 2000 people are having this issue and they are no closer to a fix even have the nerve to say its fixed.




Don't fall for this the game is enjoyable when u can actualy play it . But they haven't even got the account system right god knows what they are doing to our CRedit card details

I don't usually bag games like this but this is one to Avoid!

    I'd say the chances of this happening are slim. (I know 15 people who have bought the game and none of them had issue with their accounts)

    No problems here. Even if 2,000 people were having this problem, that's still a pretty small number in comparison.

    While I don't think it's an especially good game or anything like that, I nor anyone I know is having any issues like this.

    I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

    It must be people buying from a specific location or retailer, because I know many people, myself including who had to purchase copies recently for whatever reason and had not the slightest problem.

     

    Nobody I know has had the problem actually. :/

    Yea ive had no issue's as of yet, no charges to my debit card as my free time hasnt run out obviously. but one of my friends said he got charged $18 before his free time ran out...thats the only case ive heard of tho. havent asked about it but i assume when he contacted support he got it fixed cause hes still playing and hasnt said anything else about it.

    lol while i understand having this issue is frustrating but when you start lying i can't feel sorry for you at all. Over 2000 people? Where do you get this number? Do you know all the other 1999 people by name? So far on the forum there about a hand full of people with same issue as you.

    I am one of those 2000.  I have 3 accounts issue happened on one of them.  I just got the refund yesterday to my paypal debit card.  Paypal is usually 2-3 days faster than regular banks in having refunds show up though.
