I bought it because of the beta. I doubt it will last a month, but thats enough for me, Not like im buying the lifetime sub or anything.

The only thing I have to say about the "Awesome Lore" babble that is being touted. Buy a book instead. It's cheaper and they usually do not come with a monthly fee.
Haven't pre-purchased yet but will be doing after this weekends play test. It's FC so I knew there where going to be bugs (lost two characters getting stuck under the world lol). I'm enjoying the story, the lore and the atmosphere immensely, combat leaves a lot to be desired but I'm enjoying playing with the skill system. Not sure if this will last me past the first month but that will be fine, GW2 is going to be my main. It's a nice change from fantasy and the story is a step up from SWTOR in my eyes, I'm glad I got a key and got to try it.

Well, some people can spend a few euros on monthly sub and still buy books. Honestly, f2p is not a good argument for many people. And TSW is a great MMO, many like it and many more will discover and start liking it. Sad for you but true
I missed a "Going to buy it now that I've tried it" option.
There are issues, that are all managable tbh.. but the whole theme is so alien to this genre that its a breath of fresh air in my opinion. The immersion is one it's best features... there's a lot of story, visuals and charcter progression to sink your teeth into. Animations, quest log system.. meh, all will be fixed. They arn't game breaking.
I cancelled my order because I do not like the animations or the combat system. I also do not want to be anywhere near this game when the WoW crowd has a collective meltdown because it's so different from what they are used to.
For now I am still perfectly content playing other games and do not feel like I will be missing anything by waiting a while for TSW to stabilize.

Very much keeping my pre-order. Good game with the greatest lore behind it.
