I'd say just pick an unofficial Roleplaying server for yourselves and use peer pressure to ensure the community conforms to standard practices. I've never really agreed with giving Rpers there own server anyways ; I can't have my adults only server.
Just RP away. I doubt anyone that isn't interested will notice. GW2 is getting rid of the "verily, thee, thou, sirrah" stuff anyhow, you'll notice all the NPCs have modern accents. They could have been RPing all around and over me the last BWE and I'd have neither noticed nor cared.
I don't get the RP hate. Without RPers and RP in general, such games as these would never have existed. The misperceptions of people who do immersive themselves in these settings, like those who immerse themselves in a book or movie is mind boggling to me. The most creative of RPers you will find are also the best Raiders or the skilled PvPers, because they also most often the most intelligent or crafty or clever people you will ever meet.
Blaming RPers for losing is just a cop out of the unskilled individuals who are sore losers. If anything, those who don't immerse themselves in the game or don't RP are sorely out of place, and shouldn't be in such games in the first place.

Example of misperceptions. Roleplaying, its not shakespeare.
It may not work out too well due to their overflow shard system. I'd say guesting may cause issues as well, but it's restricted to a friend basis. I think the best bet would be to simply join a roleplaying guild,
"For the Angel of Death spread his wings on the blast, And breathed in the face of the foe as he passed: And the eyes of the sleepers waxed deadly and chill, And their hearts but once heaved, and for ever grew still!" ~Lord George Gordon Byron
All Community in 1 (PvE,PvP,RP) What a great move, this Make a big good and better community. none of us will be split :_)
I don't rp, but I play on RP servers because you get less names like Lord Balchinian and the doodz are usually too cool to play on an rp server, and I do so try and avoid doodz. And did I read correctly, there is no /say command?

The overflow servers really won´t be a problem after the first 6 weeks. The servers will calm down a bit after that as population spreads and some players quit.
