Its seems like there is rather large "purge" of series this year. I dont know its because of bad rating or lack of views. Or because they are replace them by more reailty shows.
Maybe its just the thrend there is shifting. Anyway here is the list.

Breaking Bad hasn't been cancelled, its been renewed for a final 5th season.

Unlike Fox, NBC has lower standards. To fox 8 million viewers is crappy. To NBC, 2 million viewers is fantastic. Not really going to miss all those shows, too bad all of them ended expecting to get another season. Like Alcatraz and Terra Nova.
I can't get into reality shows at all, they have started to air those in Europe too. I loathe them, I tend to watch movies or National geographic.

In the US for me it's: Movies, Nat Geo, Science channel and sometimes G4 for Xplay
Hopefully some of you are Mythbusters fans.
If you cut it too short you can always nail a piece on the end.
If you cut it too long then what the hell are you gonna do?
Other than House, these shows are not exactly a loss.
My blog is a continuing story of what MMO's should be like.
Nothing on the list that really bothers me too much. I watched a number of those and I always hate to see unique and different shows like Awake, Alcatraz, and Terra Nova kick the bucket, but they honestly weren't of the same caliber as Sons of Anarchy or many of the AMC shows. I love Eureka, and it bums me out that it's going away, but it really does feel like more of series finale than a cancellation.
The only show of the bunch that I feel didn't get a fair shake was CHAOS. Something about it was just really fun and new.
