Yeah their website is even down now lol, I wonder if there servers started on fire with all the major traffic that came in at once again.
edit to add a question:
It is normal to have to redo parts of the quests you did after logging out in the middle? I was under the impression that it was going to save where I was at when I logged out.
I can't imagine what the IT department is like over in Blizzardville right now.
the people that work are asleep..the hamsters are out of their wheels..thats the problem..maybe they have the janitor on speed dail to catch em and put em back in their place
All of battle.net services are down no online gaming at blizzard right now, this is even effecting WoW
It also crashed WOW? Now that's funny

I was playing D3 when connection dropped and, after reloading the game, the message about affecting Bnet services and such came up. I figured I'd give it a shot, and WoW login worked with no issue. No one in my guild seemed aware there was an issue really. So, if it is affecting WoW, it's not affecting all WoW players.
Details aside, still sucks I got disconnected from a single-player game. I know it is launch day. I know to expect this sort of thing on launch day for online games. But ,damn, I was actually getting into it, forgetting about the online connection that was ever present, and just having a really fun time playing solo.

There are times when one must ask themselves is it my passion that truly frightens you? Or your own?
