Can't Post On Official Forums

When I go to account management on the battle.net site, it says that my D3 account is active. But when I go to the forums, the post thread button is greyed out and it says my account is frozen. Any ideas??
Weird, just tried logging in again and the battle.net site appears to be down...

battle.net is down. Look up @BlizzardCS on Twitter for updates.
OK, it's back up, still logged, but the "Create Thread" button is still greyed out. When I hover over it, it says "this game license has expired or been frozen."
Exact same thing happening to me. Are we only allowed to post on the forums if we're subscribed to WoW or something? Seems a little strange.
My selected character for the forums is a WoW character, and my WoW account is inactive. Maybe once I'm actually able to log in to D3, I can create a character there and select it for the forums?
I am level 10 in D3 and have yet to gain access to the D3 Forums. I am in the same situation and have submitted a ticket.

Well, I created a D3 character but he's not available on my list of characters for the forums. Still only WoW characters...
Anyone else have any insight?
