world of warcraft the movie?

in World of Warcraft

With about 4 million people worldwide, one million of those are playing right here in north america are playing WoW, so says Blizzard Entertainment.  So when will we ever expect a movie to be playing at theater near us?  Even before that, maybe they could run a cartoon series based on WoW for fox kids or something, for the little kiddies out there.

Have played: CoH, DDO EQ2, FFXI, L2, HZ, SoR, and WW2 online

    I thought it wa 3 million but today on the main site I read 4 million, that's impressive.

    Warner didn't plan any movies but 2 full length cartoons as of late:

    - One Gw cartoon (xmas 2007)

    - One Wow cartoon (new year 2007)

    Of course both cartoons won't be showing at the same time in the same theatres to avoid kids bad mouthin & fightin each others.

    Also u'll get a free guild of warcraft choco bar (hhmmm !)  if you bring proof u're playing either game.

    I don't know about any WoW movies, but Microsoft is making a Halo Movie

    Before World of warcraft came out Blizzard did mention that they would like to make a movie of one of there games (Warcraft, diablo, or starcraft) if they could find a producer. this hasnt came true tho and its been a couple of years since that post. but since the launch and sucess of WoW you can almost guarantee they will make a movie of Warcraft with in the next 3-5 years!
