Well I just sifted through my videos(or lack of) and took some screenshots out of them, so I decided to make a thread about it since we haven't seen one yet and I really love the screenshots some people manage to get.
Three hooligans recently transfered to Basilisk Crag.
You can say that again, especially when you notice a shadow, go to investigate and it turns out to be these fellas. This just happened right now, was pleasantly surprised.

TERA uses some kind of blur to reduce or remove Aliasing(they need to get an in game AA option), but sharpness suffers and image clarity suffers so what I did was downloaded Nvidia inspector 1.9.6.5
In game change lighting enrichment to 1 instead of 2, this makes everything much sharper but removes the "blur" so you no longer have the "fake" Aliasing.
Open Nvidia inspector and click on the tool button around the middle right side, then on the top left of the advanced Nvidia control panel find TERA in the list of games. Then for the third option choose 0x000100C5(Gears of war, turning point, etc).
Then in antialiasing mode I choose to override any application setting and antialiasing setting 32x.
Close the client reboot it and you should have a sharper, clearer image and no "stair stepping" effect. If you experience an undesirable decrease in fps, just change it back to the original settings.

The problem with this is that some of the textures were designed with the FXAA in mind. By turning it off you occasionally have some really rigid textures..those veins come to mind on the capital city building of the elin. Also the blur (not edge blur) for distant objects (DepthOfField in the ini) is still on and you have to have it on to have lighting effects on 1 or 2. To me personally its not worth it if they got rid of the depthoffield then I could get behind using real anti aliasing. in the ini)ff
I'm not sure what you meant by the rigid textures, iv'e yet to experience this and if you notice it in any of the screenshots in my first batch I hadn't altered anything yet, just lighting enrichment on 1. Also if you get lag instead of 32xCSAA and 8xSS you can just keep lowering the value until you get a desirable framerate.
Anyways screenshot update, Argon edition!
- This is completely animated(what isn't it this zone), and it looks great in motion.
Well I was going to try to show you what I was talking about but today I can't seem to get the anti aliasing to work for the life of me. Is yours working ok today? I noticed there was some small patch when I went to login today.
Do you see on the top left of the tent the bright edge? Thats my biggest issue, its not in every scene or anything but it catches my eye when stuff like that shows up.

I can barely notice that little issue though, i'd take the crisper images on textures, especially on my character over a little mark like that any day though.

I'm guessing the lighting 2 activates transparency AA, which doesn't appear to be on in lighting 1. It's activated in a program by changing a setting in D3D's rendering state.
Nvidia's control panel can force transparency AA with 3 modes: off, multisampling and supersampling. Having it on reduces pixelation of flipboards (like the grass) at transparency edges.

Cranked the AA with an external program, the game is looking better than ever.
- Wonder if there's a couple thousand stairs we get to climb all the way to the top.
- I actually had to sit and watch these for a bit, it was very nice and I didn't even notice an animation loop in the couple minutes I watched.

Really nice pictures seiiya, you've got some of my favourite places in there.
Also, i'll just add some more(this place is really growing on me, it's just feels so massive):
Tha fairy forest is pure awesome y
Its a very photogenic game.

Yeah it is. Amazong shots.
I can see now why the best part of the TERA's Collector's Edition is the Artbook PDF. :P
Actually I think the best part is you get a lion mount at the beginning of the game that goes as fast as the end-game mount.
@OP- what external program did you use to "crack" the AA?
TERA looks good on my system now and I'm not sure my system could handle much more but I'd be interested in fooling around wtih it.
I can only help with Nvidia. :P

Are these screenshots taken with the default FOV? If not what did you set it to?
Default, also here is a before and after for what I stated to try out above. Saving the pictures so many times messed up the quality a little.

And a screenshot of wonderful heartwood.

awesome SS. xD
Thanks, here's another daily dose.
As you can see I really enjoy taking pictures. x.x

Ok got it working had to change compatibility to 0x00000045.
Anyway here is with lighting 1 and forced AA 32x:

Now with Lighting set to 2:

Beautiful screenshots! Keep em coming guys. I feel as if the developers put a lot of love into what they were creating.
I can barely notice that little issue though, i'd take the crisper images on textures, especially on my character over a little mark like that any day though.
Without a doubt, it's official. Tera: Best graphics for an MMO.
Those are some beautiful screenshots,

More screenshots, waterfall edition.
Those screenshots were with 4x supersampling for transparency AA.
It seems like you may have altered the original photo, lol.
Also ceromus, I forgot to mention but your character name is awesome, Recoome is a god amongst men.
