Trouble getting vanguard to run

When i click on my vanguard shortcut icon, the station launcher comes up. After i enter my name and password it just says error and loges out. When I go directly to the SOE sight i'me able to log into my account that way.
Plus after my computer's been on awhile i can't even open up the launcher from the vanguard shortcut. Says its because of incopatibily issue.But once i restart my computer it fixes that.
Another thing is when i was trying to setup my monthly payment it had a red messege saying my bank doesn't support that type of payment. Well i contacted my bank and they said to use my checking number instead. I dont think that's even possible. Hopefully when the game goes free to play i wont haft to woory about that. But even if it does go ftp i still will probly have to buy something... just not set up a monthly acount. Hopfully that will fix this problem at least, but idk.
So all in all i'm about to just give up playing this game unless someone has any advice on what i should do. I'm thinkin maybe wait till FTP and try again, but wonder what ya think i should do.
I'm running it on a Windows 7 64 bit high end machine that i bought a year and a half ago. GTX 480, intel i7 980x 12gb ddr3 ram

For the game itself I think maybe you need to do a reinstall. Did you install from disc or from the online download/patcher? I tried installing from the disc I had from release and had issues with the launcher being able to get past a certain Launcher update from the past.
After I used the patcher from the website and or account subscriptions tab it went smoothly.
As for the billing issues, I would suggest contacting their S. Although SOE has a bad reputation, I have always had very positive resuts with SOE's CS regarding anything from billing, character transfer, lost items etc.

Do a reinstall; the Station Launcher has been abandoned, you should be seeing a Vanguard-specific launcher scren.
