I was trying to stop auto billing and remove my CC info from account management but it wasnt working so I started a chat with support. I explained money was tight because I'm in the middle of selling my current house and buying a new one. Settlement for the sale of current home and purchase of the new are on the same day (June 20th).
Unfortunatly I didnt get the top of the conversation. The GM commented on my email address which is Dragonball Z in nature. Anybody not familar with DBZ to some extent might not under stand the convo. Anyway, always cool when you can find common ground with total strangers on the interwebs. Thumbs up!

I've got these two...
I had another one where someone accidentally rolled on a BoP item and he contacted live support and the GM went and transferred the item from his account to his friends mailbox, pretty awesome, but I can't find the picture. I used to have so many of these saved from BETA, if I recall there was an old thread on this site about posting them.
Honeslty, there were people yelling at them for being unprofessional at times, there was even an old thread where someone posted a live chat with a GM and he was having a discussion regarding condoms and some other nonsense with someone, I don't remember it really, but i'd rather humurous talkitive GMs than people who don't respond or use automated messages.

LOL! That's awesome. Their humor shows in their patch notes as well, and I always get a kick out of it.
