I bought TERA about 1 week ago and saw this promotion today, does it only apply to new accounts or will all get these "Golden Dragon Weapon Skins" ?

P.S For some reason i cant get on the EU forums or account management, anyone else got problems ?
I don't know how EU is doing but for NA as long as you buy for june 1st you will get it after you pay for june-july.
