It seems like the announcement of the novel in China is part of the marketing of the game, now that it has reached that country. I'm guessing that the Japanese version will be next, since they now have a publisher. I believe that the trend will be to follow up with a translation of the novel, everytime a new country is announced for ArcheAge release.
So I'm guessing that the novel will receive an english version, soon as the west gets a publisher announcement. Probably a month or two after.
