UO still has potential.

This game will never die, every expansion (with the exception of SE) has brought in tons of players. Mondain's Legacy will make no difference. Age of Shadows alone brought 500,000 new accounts. Everquest 2 didnt get that many when the main game was released.
Sure, it's no World of Warcraft but UO will definitly live on. Lets hope ML brings in a nice huge batch of newbies so that this game can live on til we are in our old people (assuming that you guys arent already oldimage). LONG LIVE UO.

    UO never had more than 250.000 accounts.

    Estimated number of accounts is 150.000 to 200.000 and the assumption that every player has on average 2 accouns which brings us ti 75.000 to 100.000 players.

    Half of them in asia which brings us to 35.000 to 50.000 players on the european/USA servers.

    actually AoS had 225,000 to 250,000 people

    The guesses i've seen were closer to 225,000

    dont forget about all the accounts that were lost when AoS was released.

    actually i dunno if there were a lot, but i know i was one of em.

    They lost about 100.000 accounts in the meantime, since AOS.

    I was one of those that left after AoS but ML has brought me back :)
