I don't remember why I quit this game, is there any point in going back? Playing from EU
I genuinely have no idea why I quit this game, I remember it looking nice, feeling nice and being well polished..And having a fairy umique and fun class system.
Is the gameplay smooth in rift.. Like, is there a lot of animation locks? Am I rooted in place whilst casting a spell.
And! How is PVP in the game? Is it basically non-existant compared to PVE?
How is the reputation doing in Europe?

I've played since release and am still happy so to each his own. I've been in fun guilds so that helps a lot casue the social aspect of the game has been great. If I was antisocial I probably would have quit already but it's an MMO so that's how it goes. I'm excited for 1.9 and the announced expansion so I'll be around for a bit longer to come.
IMO, its fun while leveling. Actually, its more than fun. Its a blast.
But then comes the gear progression grind. Only one way to progress, and its harsh for new or returning players. Level 50 PvP is horrible until you're geared. A lot of the warfronts will have geared vs. ungeared players where you get totally trounced.
If you can put up with the gear progression and the grindy PvP its worth coming back. The 20 level free trial is worthless, imo, since you can get 50 pretty quick, and that is where you will spend most of your time.
It'd be a perfect game if they allowed crafted gear to mean something. But, then I guess no one would do the boring raids.
Because GW2 isnt out yet.
PVE is nonexistent. PVP always has players. Neither are that fun. But, gw2 isnt out yet.
