EDIT: When I put in your email it tells me "Sorry you cannot refer this email address". I double checked your email addy and it shows in the list that it sent you an invite.
EDIT 2: If it's not in your spam folder, I'm guessing the email will come from EA, do you have a different email I can try. I still have 21 invites left.

I've looked into Diablo 3, but wasn't able to find any trial keys. Are you sure those are required to try the game? I think there is some sort of Starter Edition, which is a lot like a demo.
I can tell you from personal experience though that the game is absolutely awesome. I've played it non-stop since release and went through the entire game almost 3 times already. And I've only tried two classes and two difficulty modes.
If you are put off by whiners on their official forums - don't be. Lag issues are nonexistent for most people, the balance is near perfect, and while there were a couple of times over the past week when the servers went down, I think they've sorted it out now.
I honestly think there is nothing to be worried about and would advise you to go ahead and get the game.

Enjoy your SWTOR trials, I play it with the wife and we really enjoy it, it really is the best game to duo with out there. I can see though how some people don't like the direction of the game. For us though it really is the best game on the market to play as a duo.

Also note that it seems that the invites aren't always instant, the system seems to sometimes take a few hours to send the email.

Log into www.ea.com with their Origin or EA Account Email address
Click on the Username in the upper right corner on the screen
Now select “Contact Preferences”
