Soo, I ''bought'' the 2000 gems for free using my creditcard, but I lost 1 buck tho. I don't really care about the 1 buck but they stole it from me, should I sue them or? xD Why did they take 1 buck from me?
Many companies do an authorized charge hold for $1, just to see if it's a valid card. You'll find the hold drops off in a few days, and you'll have that dollar back. Most reputable companies warn you of this, so you won't be surprised.

They didn't take anything. The transaction puts a hold on one dollar of your credit limit or one dollar from your debit card for a short period of time then will be restored.
Oops, already answered. They did warn of this on one post but I forgot where I read it.
"Every beta player will get 500 free gems automatically, and you can get 2000 free gems by entering a valid credit card in the Gem Store. You will not be charged, but your credit card company might place a $1 hold charge on your account. Don’t worry; it’s not an actual charge!"

Yep, it's just a holding charge to verify that it's a valid account, it'll be refunded.
PayPal do the same thing when you confirm an added credit ard.
The holding fee IS mentioned in the beta Q&A thing.
