One of Wargaming.net's next titles is World of WarPlanes. During E3 2012, we had the opportunity to check out what World of WarPlanes is ready to unleash on the world. Keep reading and then let us know what you think in the comments.
The first aspect of World of Warplanes is that you can play through different tiers. The early tiers encompass the bi-plane era of WWI and 1930s combat. This allows you to get a handle on the flight mechanics of the game. One thing the team felt very strongly about was allowing players to use high end flight sticks as well as simple keyboard and mouse hardware. It is so anyone can enter the game and play at any level. This early tier is captured beautifully allowing players to customize their planes with all kinds of flags symbols and achievements. Tier one combat can be used on any of the maps that the game launches with and gives the players a great introduction to the game.

Same MatchMaking.................pass.
Matchmaking isn't the issue it's the players; If this turns out to be half as good as W.O.T then we will have another great game on our hands. Great fun easy access and the replayability is great.
Amazing what great teamplay can overcome.

Check out this interview with Wargaming.net from E3!
According to offical forums and polls there matchmaking is the #1 issue.
You can candy coat it as much as you want because YOU do not see it as an issue.
I think match making becomes more of a problem with many vehicles, in part, because over time a great many people have high tier vehicles, which leaves the low population [new players] in a bind because there are so few lower to mid-tier vehicles.
It would be better to force players to wait 20 to 30 seconds for MM to match players instead of 1 to 10 second wait time.
In WoT some of my games start so fast I do not have time to hit the button to back out of the game if I make a mistake [of any kind, wrong vehicle, forgetting to take gear off one vehicle and putting it on current vehicle, etc.].
