Howdy, Stranger!

It looks like you're new here. If you want to get involved, click one of these buttons!

End Game is what you make it or how you play it.

So my guild got to gether to have a little end game on the FATMAN.

16 of us formed a a large group and took over Key Points on Tattonie in responce to raids on Alderon by lvl 50 Imperials.

For two hours we held key points on Tat killing any one coming in two of the Imperial Outposts. Of course this disrupted their lvl'ing but tick for tat right :) and brought a responce form the IMPS but we smashed them and fell back to the one key outpost.

End game can be what you the player rmake it out of your RP mind.

For the Republic!!!

So... you're saying that there is no end-game content so we have to create it ourself? Kind of bad advertisment for a game that charges you a monthly subscription fee.

SWTOR is a fairly polished game, looks good, great background story, lots of great features but if anything is lacking it's endgame content - there is very little room for creating any yourself as you suggest . The tools and features for creating real player-generated content just does not exist in SWTOR, there isn't even a proper economy.  It can be done, for example  WAR, GW2, DAoC done it, but SWTOR didn't not. And they pulled the plug on the only real openworld area there was, remember Ilum?

    Play: -
Played: FFXIV, WAR, Allods, Aion, AoC, DDO, EQ2, GW, Lotro, Tabula Rasa, Vanguard, WoW

The best end game content is always the content you create.

But yes they need to add features such as SWG had at make your missions and then selling them for people to buy and try.

It be cool to create a small flash point and then let people play it.

I totally agree but SWTOR does not have room for user generated content, it's lacking any tools to make that happen, no real open worlds, nothing that encourages interaction between fractions or even players. I really liked the game while it lasted but there is only so much boredom you can take. I really do hope they get their act together and create a real MMO out of what they have. Unfortunately development in SWTOR seems to have no idea what players actually want.

No end game ---> A - try to stimulate world PVP ---> works for a day or two then boredom returns ---> No end game ---> B - Unsub

I just saved you a couple of weeks worth of asking yourself how you got from A to B
