MMOs like Guild Wars/The Chronicles of Spellborn?

Hello :)

I was wondering if there were any games similar to Guild Wars and The Chronicles of Spellborn? In regards to (mainly) the lower focus on gear, and somewhat the skill system, as well as perhaps the art styles too. 

Instanced or non-instanced is perfectly fine :)

    Well...Guild Wars 2, for one. :P Though the combat and quest systems are very different.
