new?
It already has its own section here on mmorpg.com. Check the gamelist.
Personally I'm not much interested in a game about Otters.
I'd much prefer a game about a complex virtual reality based on a series of great books where many worlds and player identities can exist at the same time in different nodes. But I guess you can't always get what you want.
My brand new bloggity blog.
Ah yes this game, I believe MMORPG had an article on it somewhere.. or at least a thread. I know I've seen that trailer before.
Edit: Beaten by the pony!
Poorly built flash-website with no mobile support. Impressive....
I'm curious about this one, as well as Grimlands. Both published by Gamigo, so hesitant, but I'll be checking them out. They sound interesting to me, at least in theory..
When I want a single-player story, I'll play a single-player game. When I play an MMO, I want a massively multiplayer world.
Good (ish) books.
I am surprised this game is not getting more attention..
My blog is a continuing story of what MMO's should be like.
It likely is.. personally i've not posted on the threads about it for fear of jinxing the game. The setting is one of my favourites from a time when i could indulge my bookworm addiction more than i have time for nowadays.
If you look forward to beloved IP's you invariably end up disappointed when it comes to both MMO's and video games in general.
Should of based it on Tads other series,Memory,Sorrow and Thorn.
Anyone who has read those books will recognize my GW2 sig name,Black Rimmersman.

If you haven't read these then do so.
I like otters.
The graphics on that trailer look amazing. Then it shows the combat... same ol' same ol'

Otterland will be ok, but Beaverland would be better, as you have sandbox personal housing and terraform abilities, but themeparks are the safer choice I guess, and Otters are the most popular online meme animal now that lolcats are illegal in the west.
I have to admit that this game has fallen prey to a snap judgement on my part ... the announcements have so far described a quest-heavy themepark game that seems diametrically opposed to the themes of living emergent worlds I remember from the first book (which is the only one of the series I've read).
(I know I'm biased on these topics and generally dismiss IP, but given that the books are all about a collection of MMOs, this is a case where getting the right game to fit the IP does feel like it should matter)
Illegal of course unless they are pretending to be Otters.
The net police will murder your modem in front of you if you keep posting cats you know.
And just to show what a law abiding citizen I am...
My security force will be waiting...
You are crazy, they will use zombie cosplayers and rabid attack wombats, standard procedure.
What the heck happened in this thread? :P
Iv been checking this game out, it seems cool.
Its based off a book, done by the people doing Grimlands too.
Blame Pony, I always do.
Talking about beloved IPs... You have a Rigel avatar. I almost shed a tear.
Wouldn't maskedweasel be more appropriate here?
