I am a lvl 43 Troll Shaman and since i am lvl 40 i level really slow....
somebody can tell me pls where/how/ i can train for getting lvl 60 on the fastes way
pls don't just write me a site or a place but say WHERE in that place 
cuz i'm not the smartest in finding things in my own

Imo, the most effecient method of leveling is doing quests. If you're only interested in leveling the quickest way possible, then grab a few quests in an area, become familar with using thottbot.com, and find some friends to make finishing each quest faster.
I went from 40-60 in about a week and a half doing that on an alt.

Fastest way in any mmorpg is to grind mobs over and over again.But this is totally boring.
DO NOT rush to 60 as the best fun in WoW is pre-60 .Enjoy the wonderful ride to 60.
