~Syndicate~
Syndicate members range across all types of players. We are a mix of people who have been together for quite some time now (just over a year, some of us have known each other longer in real life), as well as newer members we have picked up along the way in other MMO's. We have a mix of both the "hardcore" minded players who push their characters to the max potential, and we have the more casual players who just enjoy their time in the game at their own rate. We are people with several years of experience in both playing MMO's and leading MMO Guilds. We are true gamers at heart and never cease to be excited about discovering, learning and mastering games in all forms. We love immersing ourselves within games, playing them the best we can, and most importantly, sharing that experience with other like-minded people. Most importantly is that all of us, enjoy having a good time with fellow players in and out of the cabal.
FYI: We are a Founding Cabal in The Secret World.

What We Are Looking For?
We value others who take care of themselves both in the game and in life and who possess strength and integrity in their personalities. We value a high level of intelligence and skill when playing games, but more importantly, the desire to excel and have fun while doing it. We are looking for people who embody these qualities and are looking for a place to call "Home" in the online gaming community. We want people who are interested in creating long-term relationships and love sharing their gaming experiences with a group of others.

Please note that our Raiding Policies are separate from our Charter. If you are applying to raid then the following policies will apply to you as a Syndicate Raider.
Raiding Information
1. We work towards progression in TSW. We are by no means a hardcore raid guild, but we are definitely goal-oriented and take our raiding seriously. We are an EST time zone guild.
2. While we do work hard on the whole as a guild to help our members improve their gear and abilities, you must be willing to spend time between raids to improve yourself as a raider.
3. We will raid two (2) nights a week, which are Tuesdays (8.30PM EST) & Thursdays (8.30PM EST), with a third possible day to be added for PvE Progression which will be Optional.
4. Loot is done via Loot Council
Despite our lower raid days & times in comparison to other high-end guilds we still maintain a competitive raiding environment. We do not believe that lower raid days & times are an excuse to not clear all available content in a timely fashion.
Applicant Process
All people interested in joining ~Syndicate~ must follow our recruitment process:

While our website may be new specifically for The Secret World, we are not a new cabal.
At the top of the page, go to the Recruitment Tab to start your application process.
1) Muz, our Recruitment Officer, will contact you for a Interview on Ventrilo/Mumble. There may also be another Syndicate Member present so that our community is involved in the recruitment process, too.
2) If we agree that you seem to be a good fit, you will be invited to the community for a Trial Period of 2 Weeks. You will have access to the forums.
