Sad. PvP=WAR, rotating point caps

In WAR there was little to no incentive for capping points and holding them. This lead to the sides just swapping caps. Looks like the system in Fusang is similar. So disappointed.

On a positive note, point swaping got me about 16 ap in less than an hour.

This has been pretty clear for a while that its how the pvp worked :)

On another note do a dungeon and you will get double the amount of AP in 30 mins.

Interesting. Did you actually do what you were supposed to with a beta test and let them know of this issue or did you come directly to this forum and bitch about it? Just curious.

When I was beta there was maybe...30 people total in fusang, so I personally was never aware of it. Now that it is live, it's much clearer.

I'm also slightly unclear as to how kill count works. First person to hit enemy player, or most damage or?

I'd say that killing blow is what counts, and if anyone in your group kills the target it counts for all the group.

The Reward bonuses are quite desirable, so it's just a matter of people starting to get interested in them for the "rotation" to start becoming les prevalent, specially when PvP guilds get actually involved.

There are other elements to it that are planned, too.  I'd say it's a bit prematue as to give a definitive statemnt, just as it's early to deem the launch a success, still.

Does anyone know what the weekly reward from the zone is?  If it is a reward in tokens that might make it worth hanging onto facilities rather than losing them.

in the start of the game AP + SP are a little better then the bonus for holding them, just wait for people to get a crap-ton of those, then you will see a lot of fight for the PvP domination bonuses.

Lol, the xp you got for doing the 3 mission every hour are nothing compared with what you could got doing missions outside. And the buff for having the seven pvp points make you character in this stages of the game very powerfull (and with a 21%xp bonus). In my dimension, my faction keep most or all of the seven for the last five hours at least

So what's so broken about PvP that they are patching for 4 hours on a prelaunch weekend?

Must exploit while the exploiting is good!

"The servers will come down for maintenance on July 1st at 09:00 GMT / 5am EDT / 2am PDT. The downtime is scheduled to last 4 hours. During the maintenance we will make adjustments to PvP rewards in El Dorado, Stonehenge and Fusang. More details about these adjustments will follow."

    Must powerlevel tonight, whoot!
