Lol, the comments are hilarious too. I don't know if this is real or fake, but I laughed ... a lot.
EDIT: Was just reading some of the other articles. Apparently, these people really must be that ignorant and stupid? Or it is all just one big joke? /shrug
I have to admit, I did not find this to be that funny. It did not seem clever so much as desperate. It's as if the author was counting on the reader's disdain of religion (most likely Christianity, though the article makes no real direct mention to it) to give it any sort of entertainment or worth. Outside of "I like this article because it gives me an opportunity to stand up and mock religion!", I don't see it really serving any purpose because it lacks the meaningful insight that good satire requires. This is just a tired rehashing of the same cliched response that has resurfaced since D&D in the 70's but with a much stronger emphasis on homosexuality and male genitals that what I've seen in the past. I think I'll stick with SA.com for my satire.
Thanks for the reply. Wasn't really necessary. I guess you missed the point of my post or chose to ignore it but it doesn't matter to me. I was just making a joke, and you are just looking for another platform from which to use some of your favorite words like "sheep", "salvation", "fairy tales", "superstition" and "rationally". Much like the article, investing in your self-worth and esteem through condescencion towards another's belief system is nothing new or original- it's completely predictable and expected behavior. I know plenty of folks in real life that I can get into a much more civil discussion over matters of science, religion, and belief systems than this promises to be. I'm going to go my way. You are going to yours.
"The scent of demonic secretion wafts its foul odor yet again across the innocent genitals of America’s youth, trying to grip their meat bananas in the most uncomfortable homosexual manner known to man"...
"When we look at the whole date together it comes out meaning all players should openly flaunt their holes for plastic pleasure poking and be wide open and allow themselves to be filled with pearly demon sap from that of a sickly infested penile of ass assassin."
Some really out of touch with the real world religious fanatic seeing demons everywhere. *shrug*
I guess he's entitled to his opnion, even if it's just baseless rambling.
However, if this game get more popular, you will see bashing from whacko Christians...
Hell, in my country, playing Pen and Paper RPGs and Magic: the Gathering is declared Satan worshiping even to this day. Sad fact is that there is no single Hobby store here anymore. You open it and you get bunch of agents knocking on your door everyday.
Main MMO at the moment: Guild Wars 2 Waiting for: Pathfinder Online

Christian: Games cause violence!!!
Gamer: Your game reviews cause violence!!!
This review was a funny read XD
I can't believe you people can't see how satanic it is. I mean break down the name!
Guild: Like you know a group or a cult. A cult that could warship satan!
Wars: Violence! Like satan's army rising out to fight against Jesus!
2: The number 2, meaning maybe the second coming of christ where the game will force Jesus to come out and fight again against the demonic armies.
This is obviously a true article and you sinners should understand how evil this game is by its name alone.

Look at the bright side, it's 100x better than debating the divinity of Haile Selassie with a bunch of stinky hippies.
Dealing with teenage trustfund kids with dreadlocks that say "I and I" gets old very quickly.
