Did they change that kid's voicing since beta? I could have sworn he was a little stoner skater punk. This time through he seemed like a whiny little Beiber fan.
I think voice acting is the same but they changed the looks of quite a few NPCs since the 1st open beta. Most notably, one of the zombies managed to get into Kingsmouth PD and severly attacked the sheriff with an ugly stick and Mr B. lost his shaving kit. And of course the above.

I never got very far in the few chances I got to play but - do you get to wear WHATEVER you want? As in, you're not restricted in what you can/cannot wear... if you wear Shirt A you won't be losing statistical advantage from Shirt B?
Also, how are you guys wearing MMORPG.com shirts, that's awesome

The clothing is completely cosmetic. Stat bonuses come from talismans, which are basically like gear in other games, only they are invisible.
So yea, you can wear whatever you have unlocked/purchased any time. Except for PvP, where you wear your faction's uniform.
