Two questions about AoC

1) There is a lot of nudity I've heard, which obviously I don't mind at all. But will I be able to play it around other people. Is it family friendly?
2) How much does Premium subscription cost per month?

Well, there is no nudity in the story or most of the npcs you meet. (on Deadmanshand, that comes with the turan adventurepack, there are a few female npcs who are topless. that's about it). Female toons can however take their bra off. In the starting areas you might run into a few childish, silly players who create female toons and run around naked :-) But this tends to be an exception. Toons normally to wear armor and stuff.
It's about as expensive as WoW or any other mmo. 13$ a month, I think. Yet, there is an extensive F2P part. You can level from 1 to lvl 80 without paying a dime. Enough time to just check the game out.
Zero total nudity. Yes female and male toons can take their clothes off, but neither show anything below the waist as they have underwear on.
Topless is the worst you'll get. There are suggestive comments though. One NPC tells you "my loins sweat for you" and in answer to one quest giver you can say "a mute whore should make a lot of money" or something like that. As long as you're not going slow so the family member can read over your shoulder, you should be OK.
As to it being family friendly .... well it is rated M for mature because of the blood and gore (which you can turn off).

I think the blood and gore is way more shocking than any mild nudity you might come across. Some of the fatalities are pretty gruesome; heads rolling, blood splashing on the screen, limbs chopped off. I think this is the real cause for the M rating rather than an occasional bare boob here and there.

There is no nudity toggle in AOC. Only the chest of the females are shown nude as well with the Demo's pet female.
Premium sub is $15 a month with discounts for longer sub periods.

Promote what you love instead of bashing what you hate.
Most reveaing is this necromancer pet. Overall I think the nudity was mostly a "feature" that nobody tried before, a way to position the game as targeting adults (which it does quite well, the community is decent).

Really? you seriously think mature people will prefer a game because it shows nipples? Really? You don´t think that is something that is jumped on by every 14-18 year old boy?
