    According to our records every winner that has completed the contest winner form at roma-victor.com has been granted access within 48 hours. 

    I'll try again: if you are a contest winner and you are having any related problems, please e-mail contest@redbedlam.com.

    If you have already e-mailed contest@redbedlam.com you will have been sent a response.  If you have not seen that response then I suggest you check your mail filters.  Remember, if you have completed the contest winner's form then you simply need to wait around 48 hours.

    I have applied to the gocat form... where else do I need to apply??? Everyone else is getting in besides me!::::03::::::03::::::03::::::03::

    Oh... forgot to tell that I'm contest winner. Disregard my last post, an dev from roma victor replied to an email I send, giving information on how to sign up.

    Can't wait to recieve that final mail...

    Nevermind folks!! Even though I didn't recieve any email, I discovered that I had access to the Testers forum, and from links in there, I created an account and downloaded the client.

    Hey, I'm a contest winner, also. I haven't gotten access to the game. :(

    I sent an email to contest@redbedlam a few days ago, but haven't gotten a response...

    is there anything else i can do?

    ....... wow so far nothing.... ive seent maybe 2 3 emails 4-3 weeks ago and nothing my mail filters arent blocking it im just not getting it......

     

    an i jus found out that the contest winner gocat webpage up so jus submitted....

    I have emailed red bedlam, updated my application and have waited 4 days in vain for the email that was supposed to be sent out ages ago.

    I have not got any spam filters on my email, so it cannot be picked up by them.

    i did same manderton and yet im still waiting day 3 since i signed in on the mmorpg contest winner gocat page whatever no 2nd email and ive emailed 2-3 times already no spam filter on my email and yet i still do not have.

     

    and at first i thought i had patience...

    omg day 4...... i thought it was 48 hrs ................................ i registered up on the winner mmorpg gocat page 4 days ago and yet im still waiting and no 2nd email either. my patience is really thin at moment but ive been fairly busy so ya.

    i've now lost all hope in recieving the email.

    along with the hope for the email i have lost interest in playing this game.

    maybe because they aren't charging for the game they see no reason to have customer care?

    would a small tippance speed up the sending of an email?

    All I can say is KFR has sent the mails.  It's unknown why they're not getting to you guys.  We suspect mail filters.  All we can do is continue to send them to you.  I'll ask KFR if there is an alternate way to get the email to you guys, perhaps a secondary email address.

    Funny thing about that is what u said about mail filters... what if we use Yahoo? it has a mail filter but it sends you the email first and you decide if you want to spam it and i have received 0 roma victor emails

    can't see why i have only just recieved this one and not the others that were "sent" previously, as nothing has changed since i signed up a few months ago

    It was sent yesterday (saturday 25th sept)

    But, as I have the email now and am patching, I think we can all move on now
