The US KnightOnline is the worst managed game ever! Beleve me i have been in the game from the begining of this year (2005). Paying and now not paying! I will probaly never pay for this again!

There is no support what so ever and they don't even keep to their own rules! They say paying (premium) customers will get support in 24hours and non paying 70 hours. They have never answerd me when i have contacted the support. (5-7 times) You can read all about it in their own forums. image

If you like to get in contact with a gamemaster? good luck! you will just get ignored at least on the Xigenon servers. And KO change gamemasters over and over again. Wonder why? Could it have to do with the corrupt gamemasters that have occured from time to time?

Now they have launched KnightEmpire after a long time of bugtesting. Well, there are more bugs now than it was under the bugtesting period (rumors)! So you could figure how all this work.

It doesn't work! The login servers goes down, The hackshield update/check system stops, The servers crash, People get disconnected and can't login again until the server have been restarted, The latest is with the KnightEmpire serverlist - it's corrupted so you can't enter the server. So many can't play the game they pay for.

Another problem is the non english speaking gamers. They adress you in their own language (turks) Not all of the turks are like this but to many just typ a half novel and expect people to understand. And to many of them don't understand english but still they play on a english server system and that suck.

If I have had any powers on www.mmorpg.com i would have blacklisted this game!

So save your time and money for a better game! image

    dude... if u dont like ke just keep it tro urself none of us KE/KO's fans want to here your crap alright?  just because u happen to hate this game witjh a passion doesnt mean other ppl like me wont enjoy it. so just shut up ok?  u go ahead and find soemthing better or w/e and leave us be. i agree with u i dont like the turkish ppl but they probly hate u jsut as much... also if u didnt noticed u dont have to pay the game is FREE its not going to be as great as shit like WoW or guild wars becuz u have to either b8uy that software or pay monthly unlike this game... all things considerd this is a good game since its free.. i rarely get lag or disconnects mabe ur comp just sux?  yes i am aware of the bugs like the lvl up 1 in KE but they were sort of pressured to release it becuz it was late and w/e... these problems r sure to be fixed later so y dont u base ur opinion on when the new KE has been out for more then 2 weeks?

    I'm with u, the game is poorly ran. I first started playing it for free. Everything was going fine I'm guessing because it was still new. After a while though, it attracted too many players being that it is free. All the time there is lag, disconnects, and people that want to mess with u in the game. Rarely can u find people to help u that are high enough level to help u. I'm on the Deiz servers. Clans: asdf, Seraph, Blood, 8ball, Xanadu, etc... These are just some of the clans that I had asked for help at some time or another. Even if I was just needing an answer to a question, these ppl just wanted to call me a noob and to get lost. My character is lvl 48 rogue. I don't consider myself a noob just because I'm not high enough level for the clan wars, luner wars or colony zone. I was in a group once in Eslant fighting Apostle, was taking more dmg off the monsters than most everyone else in the group. But when they found out I was lvl 48, I got booted. If that is helping a person, than I'ld rather play nothing at all. I paid for the gold premium service, when KE patch went through, I lost 50mil out of storage on my main account, and 23mil out of storage on my second account. I've logged in to customer support and made this aware to them, but they still have yet to reply and explain or replace the money. I am done playing the game until they do replace it. Tomorrow I will be paying the $50 for guild wars which is also free to play, for Knight Empire/Online in my opinion is just too poorly ran. GM's don't take good care of their customers.

    This is true, I used to play this game since 04 at least and I have made inquiries but they never got answered. The game is ok I guess but soooo poorly manage.. they really need assistance. ::::06::

    why complain so much for a free game? take a look at e-games hosted games and you will see which has the worst management of all time.

    I agree with Swiftan, there truly are more poorly managed MMORPG's.  You really can't do much else then complaining like you are but even that isn't going to change much. People are still gonna play it.

    Externals has the right idea though. They really should consider getting more aid due to the increasing popularity in this game.
