Think its with a intel integrated gfx card so dont think it will run and if on low settings also low amount of ram and not the best cpu , realy need to look for a decent gfx card (gpu) and with laptops this will cost you alot more . So if you dont need laptop i would consider building a desktop or let it be build with local pc /part store or something.
The chip that handles 3D graphics is an older one that's weak compared to what's needed to run modern games.
Also the 3D graphics memory (VRAM) is only 128 megs. That's nowhere close to enough for a graphics heavy game. It will force the engine to downscale textures and swap them in and out in order to render a frame. That will make it super slow on any setting.
If you can get it running (possibly not) then the best you can expect is a blurry slide show.

Perhaps on the absolute lowest settings, otherwise no.

Okay! ^^ Thanks guys for fast answer's! Just what I needed to know
By the way to give a basis for comparison, I have a desktop computer using:
Athlon dual core 2.0 GHz processor
2 GB DDR Ram
Nvidia 8500 GT 512 MB video ram
and I can only play TSW on the lowest settings (all sliders set to 0), resolution set to 1280x1024 and only manage 7-12 FPS.
So, yeah, if your video adapater only has 128 MB video ram...
