Used them for months, they have one of the best compilations you can get imo, can be fully customised to your own needs and lots of nice mods and some good class specific ones aswell.
Although atm theres no official release of there compilation that is working with the current patch (at least on the EU version might be still ok on the American) but if you check around the forums theres probably someone who has sorted one out that is useable atm.
Thats how I had mine but u can move pretty much everything to where/how u like.

Your directory structure should look like this
c:Program FilesWorld of WarcraftInterfaceAddOnsAtlas c:Program FilesWorld of WarcraftInterfaceAddOnsChatScroll ...
Some zip files will have the AddOns folder others won't, so make sure you extract in the appropriate directory. If your installing a mod for the first time just create the directory.
Once you've extracted the folder load up WoW if the addon is out of date you'll get a warning about it. You should disable the warning instead of changing the version number in your .toc files. That way you'll know the current version of the addon you have. So basically all you have to do is extract the zip into the appropriate directory than startup wow and test it.
I have a bunch of mods, but these are some of the better one's.
Atlas - Maps of instances CT_RaidAssist - health bars for raids DamageMeters - displays damage and healing info for your party EquipCompare - when you scroll over an equipable item it compares it to your current one SCT - Scrolling combat text so you don't have to look at combat logs Titan Bar - Menu Bar with loc and other useful info StanceSets - good for switching between weapon sets

Check out Curse Gaming. They have all the mods you could wish for.
