I'm currently playing two F2P games, Ryzom and Wakfu. They're both amazingly well done, but Wakfu is a bit light on the Free parts of F2P - you can't really do much without subbing.
Ryzom looks so outdated and Wakfu looks like Dofus, i just don't like Dofus battle system... it's boring.
Ryzom has one of the best communities, not just in f2p but in the entire genre so if graphics are more important than that I will perhaps go for something like Aion?
Hallo, do u guys have any recommendation about any good MMO's out there? F2P and decent community are my preferences.
Best I've played is Runes of Magic ( a wow clone) out there but lets be real it's Pay to win and get extreamly overpowered in PvE and PvP so if PvP is your thing then don't play it. It has a Great community when I last played in 2010. My old LS was great but i had to quit when i graduated nuring school and FFXIV was released . Give it a try you might liek it!
Below is where we can disscuss and come up with new ideas for Sandparks!
If you're an adult there is no such thing as a good F2P game. Why? Because those games get swarmed with griefing arguing kids, bots, exploiters, mass farming, six boxing accounts and whatever else you can imagine that would completely ruin a game. Yes this happens in sub games as well but not NEARLY to the extent of F2P.
F2P can be fun for a little while until you finally come to the realization that you indeed get what you pay for. I'm more inclined to pay more if I thought quality would go up at all, unfortunatly every company is still having trouble trying to match the quality of WoW let alone exceed it. Keep in mind you still have to do your research, you don't always get what you pay for when subbing a game like Vanguard or Warhammer.

Or maybe he doesn't consider any P2P games to be worth it. I know there are *very* few I consider worth it. Some people just like F2P games; they tend to be more innovative (there are more WoW clones, of course, but there are a much higher percentage of unique F2Ps), they tend to be easier to jump into, and for a lot of people, they are more fun.
"Adults" don't give a shit if a game is F2P or P2P; they can deal with bad communities or poorly designed systems to support a game that they think is quality or fun. Don't make ridiculous generalizations about people who play F2P games please
Still sticking with Allods Online until GW2 releases, then it's bye bye pay to win cash shop. It's a good game, but you'll have to put up with the cash shop. It really destroys anything even remotely resembling balance in PvP. If you can live ith that give it a shot, if you want to wait for the real deal, then get GW2, one time purchase, and not P2W.
I've been playing the F2P MMO Flyff (Fly For Fun) Although the game does have alot of content, the community have not been as active as other MMO community's have.
One of the reasons is because of Gala's short staff, they are unable to reply to any Service Tickets and some people wait for a reply as long as 4 months! There are also a ton of Spammers / Hackers that are also playing this game.
But the game does over a Level cap of 150 HERO (There is this system on leveling, it's all weird let's not get into it). I've been playing this game for 3 Years now and have felt like the game is stale of content at the moment. But if your into a cutesy / combat type of MMO give Flyff a try, no guarantee if you will love it but I recommend trying this out with Friends / Other MMO Guildie's.
I'll be honest with you guys... I can't afford P2P games right now. I'm Brazillian and, for me, montly subscription only worth if you have time and money to expend which I don't have. I'm waiting to Guild Wars 2, I have a great Hype for this game and hopefully it will be awesome. But in the meantime i need something to stick with... I was thinking in AION online, but it's community looks dead after the F2P transition.

Thx for the answers.
And this is why some people need to stop getting their panties in a bunch about F2P games. Some people are trying to game on a budget.
Good luck on finding the game for you, OP. Hope to see you in GW2!
Thanks! Hopefully ill be in next GW2 Beta , I'll be pre-ordering it later! Anyways cya in GW2! Looks like it's the only P2P game that totally worth it! Finally a P2P without montly fees, a lot of P2P games should do the same... SWTOR looks fun too, and it's going F2P soon or later... but I'll stick with Gw2.
The great thing about F2P games is they only cost you the time it takes to download and test them for yourself. No amount of other people's personal opinions are going to tell you whether or not YOU will enjoy a game. All that said, if you are looking for a short term (up to the release of GW2) fun FTP I would suggest you give either EQ2 or AOC a try. Both of those games don't really NEED any investment until end game and are both quality in what they have to offer up to that point. Or if you wanted something a little more relaxed/out of the typical MMO box you could try DCUO.

I've been playing Allods Online, STO and Ryzom. Enjoying all 3 in small doses. Couldn't get into ROM, but that may be just me.
