I am in beta hated it! Game is total shit and will be total shit never buy this piece of crap. I am not ruining NDA I am just stating that the trailer makes the game look 100x better when the game is total crap and the mechanics are horrible. Oh btw if you buy this game expect for your dick to fall off after you see how bad it is.

i dont know the poster, but one of my clan mates got beta along while ago.. He tells us that combat gets very lame quickly, & that there isnt very much to the game at all..

I will prob try it even though i have been told i will be dissapointed with combat & game in general... I hope he is wrong & that i will like it..

Have they made the controls more responsive yet? I've heard *wink wink* the movement was set to the keyboard so you couldn't decide how hard or soft you were turning like you could if the steering was bound to mouse movements. It was all or nothing....really lame and frustrating.

I mean....for a vehicle MMO, you think they would pay the closest attention to how the cars handle...you would think anyways.

I'd just like to say that this really isnt much worse then any other MMORPG on the market... people say "OMFG this suxxors cuz its repetative" and in my opinion it has the least repetative gameplay of any MMORPG Ive played.

From the word-of-mouth perspective, what bites is that any beta tester who likes it can't say anything.

But let's do some basic math:
There are a couple thousand beta testers (given they have filled all the North American slots they need to for now)
I've heard either in the forums or 'friend of a friend' comments of about a dozen people badmouthing the game.

So.......
1% think it bites.
Wow. There's a shocker.
Cause you know SWG has 100% of the people who've played it loving it.
And no one ever says anything bad about MxO or AO or EVE or GW.

Unless of course you actually listen to people who've played the games. Then you get people who like them, people who love them, and people who dislike them, and even people who hate them.

So just from pretty obvious math, this game's doing better in Beta than many games post release. Only 1% seem to hate AA, while a much higher percentage feel that way about SWG. When the NDA gets lifted and the people who actually WANT to play AA get to rebut the claims of those who either don't or never have/will, then you'll be able to take forum comments as a judge of the game's quality/fun-factor.

Until then, anyone b**ching about the game is engaging in an incredibly pointless pastime.

if u dont like it enigma then leave it. im a fan of twisted metal games and it would appear that the graphics may almost be just like twisted metal. plus the fact u get to blow almsot eveyrhting up around u. Not seeing u in the game wont be a bad thing at all. i fully await this game and cant wait to play it

I would like to see this game succeed also, but I am afraid it may never get released. Getting pushed back and not increasing any beta play test times despite the upset of the beta communitty is not a good sign, to me anyway.

I am not here to trash the game at all, I want it to succeed. Just take my advice and keep your expectations low until you are either in the beta or the game launches.

I do think it will find it's audience if it is released and be able to sustain itself from that.

Not that I'm agreeing with enigma, what he said was retarded, but I also was in the beta test, and soon after stopped playing. The game gets really repetative, and boring. I will probobly try open beta when it comes out, but from what I've seen so far, it's not much to play.

Anything anyone says about the beta now is pure moot, because there is going to be a huge update to the game in about a month that is supposed to drastically improve gameplay. I.m currently not playing because my video card got fried, and I have to wait to get a new one.

You dont like the beta.....big whoop. That's wht it's a beta TEST. So people can help fix what they think is wrong, instead of B*tching about it on forums.
